Our decorative panels are custom made based on your measurements. You have to make sure you purchase a product that is the correct size and style. If you make any mistakes, you can notify us of them and we can try to adjust them as long as the manufacturing process has not started yet.
There are no refunds and no replacements for choosing an incorrect size, style or material, or for any other reason once the manufacturing process starts.
Replacements and/or refunds are only applicable in the event of manufacturing defects.
